1. Vendor Fees

One-Time Registration Fee (R399): The one-time registration fee is non-refundable, as it covers the initial setup and verification of your vendor profile.

Monthly Subscription Fee (R299): The monthly subscription fee is non-refundable, except in cases where Grind & Grow fails to provide access to the platform due to technical issues solely attributable to us.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds for the monthly subscription fee may be considered under the following circumstances:

Technical Issues: If the platform is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to issues within our control, you may request a pro-rated refund for the affected period.

Account Termination by Grind & Grow: If we terminate your account without cause (e.g., not due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions), you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund of the current month’s subscription fee.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued for:

Failure to use the platform after registration.

Dissatisfaction with customer engagement or service bookings, as these depend on user activity and market demand.

Violation of our Terms and Conditions, including non-payment or inappropriate conduct.

Payments made to vendors for services, as these are handled directly between vendors and customers.
4. Refund Process
